Sushma then dipped her toe in the wedding planning industry and instantly fell in love. She
started a second event planning company specializing in destination weddings and became
known as the Go-To planner for NRI’s.
She now heads Asia operations from Bangalore, India
for Resh&Co.
When she’s not drinking hot-hot coffee in the office, you can find her at the latest bar
or restaurant dancing, listening to live music or going on road trips with her friends.
I
was
born and raised in Florence. I love art and good taste, and have accumulated over a
decade of experience in the organization of weddings and events. I just love to
organize, because it allows me to create something unique, which is always different,
and, most of all, I love to forge real emotions. I always try to establish a
relationship with my clients, based on respect, empathy, trust and the sharing of their
dreams.
Professionalism, reliability, flexibility and kindness are just some of my main
distinguishing traits.

Reshma got her MBA at Northeastern
University, and it was here that she was exposed to the wedding planning industry for
the first time. She has since planned engagement ceremonies, baby showers, symposiums
and multi-day conferences for over 5,000 attendees.
Passionate about her community, she is an active supporter of small businesses and
women-led companies. In her free time, she likes boxing, listening to true crime
podcasts, and sustaining her unhealthy obsession with all things chocolate.
“A lot of people’s favorite wedding moment is the “first look” between the bride and
groom. But personally, as a big daddy’s girl, I’m a big sucker for when a bride’s father
first sees his baby girl all decked up in her wedding dress or lehenga. I definitely
tear up every time!”
